"Snowpiercer Season 1 is set in a post-apocalyptic world that's been frozen in a catastrophic event, and it's a thrilling watch. It is a gritty look at humanity's darker side. The train (Snowpiercer) is a self-sustaining ecosystem that is home to the last remnants of humanity, with a strict class divide that sparks tension and rebellion. The elite ride in luxury and the rest are forced to fight for scraps. It's a powder keg waiting to ignite. It is the ultimate social experiment. With cliffhangers that'll keep you up past bedtime, this show's got it all.
On to Season 2! 9/10
I think Season 2 of Snowpiercer is phenomenal. It ramps up the tension and stakes in a world without zombies or deadly viruses, where survival and control are the ultimate prizes. The train is meticulously detailed, adding to the show's immersive world building. Alliances are forged and broken, and the battle for control of the train rages on. Visually stunning, with complex characters and ruthless power struggles, this season keeps the momentum going. I'm really drawn to how complex the characters are, everyone's got their own agenda, and it's hard to root for just one side. 9/10
On to Season 3!"
"Im about five episodes in and I’m not certain I can power through. Daveed Diggs is giving major theater kid vibes and the writing is unbearably awkward. They have done away with the over the top camp from the movie in favor of extra melodrama and this was a huge mistake imo. I think Ive already guessed the season mystery :/. I really wanted to like it because it’s basically a marxist revolution play on a big cool train but idc if I can do it. "
