"I found this so boring. None of the characters had any redeeming qualities. I’m really not sure why this is compared to Normal People because this is not even close to that brilliant show. "

"I watched this show on a whim and was honestly surprised by how much it has stuck with me. I didn’t know what to expect, and I certainly didn’t think it would present as psychological as it did. Even while watching, I felt frustrated and at points wanted to walk away but I kept returning to it. The story has many things I don’t usually find interest in. Somehow it were those things that kept me intrigued. Even as I try to put this into writing, to list what drew me to the story, is something I can’t articulate. I hated the show but loved it at the same time, I didn’t want to understand the ideology this story represents. The slow burn frustrated me but in hindsight it was necessary for the viewer to be able to find empathy for the characters and understand the unconventional relationships. All in all, this story has stuck with me and I recommend this show."
"I thought I would like this adaptation of Sally Rooney’s book bc I LOVED watching Normal People but that was not the case. It took me a while to finish this one. The main character isn’t likable AT ALL, in fact none of the characters reallyyyy are. I found it pretty boring overall and couldn’t wait for it to be over 🥴"
"Lovely. I loved the convos, Bobbi was well casted as well as Francis. I liked the book better but I think it was casted well. The Bobbi from the show was basically exactly like Bobbi from the book. The music was an interesting choice. Joe alwyn did an amazing job of subtle acting. Was interesting to see the dynamics and complexities of adult relationships "
