"This is a fantastic mesmerizing thriller. The way that the film is directed makes you feel as if you are getting a hypnotic and intensive look into the people's lives these actors portray. I was ready to watch this film all the way through after the first 10 minutes: it's just that good. I caution those who are coping with depression that this film touches on very sensitive emotions and the psychiatric practice. The plot revolves around a young woman whose life seems to be falling apart. She goes to a psychologist for help and is prescribed some medication. The acting is subtle, but spectacular. The plot winds and twists, and keeps you thinking until the very last scene."
"This is a Steven Soderberg thriller that somehow slipped past me. It’s literally the type of film that was written for people who love crazy plot thrillers that keep you guessing until the end which I love. Like, this is a really fun movie that is super dramatic. The cast is strange but works, with Jude Law and Rooney Mara having great tension chemistry, if that's a thing. I don't know I don't have a ton to say about this except that it's a pretty solid film that achieves most of its goals quite well. There are lots of twists and turns and you get to say "what the ****" a lot and yeah it's a great story at play."
