"Lenobia's Vow: A House of Night Novella was a great story. Lenobia, is the vampire horsemistress at the Chicago House of Night. She is mentioned throughout the series but is shrouded in mystery. Before this book we know very little except that she only feels comfortable with her horse charges and she is one of the only professors to never choose a mate. We knew there was someone but knew very little about that someone except his name, Martin. Now, we know who Martin is and what happened to him. We also know how and why Lenobia ended up in New Orleans and all of the heartbreak that she endured along the way. I would highly recommend this novella to fans of the House of Night series but to no one else."
