"Love love love spooky books like this. Eccentric apartment, odd neighbors. Love!<br/><br/>Rosie is married to Chad. Chad is a handsome aspiring actor. Darkness seems to follow him but Rosie believes it all bad luck. She’s a little naive which is annoying but love does that to you. Chads uncles dies and leaves the apartment to Rosie and Chad. They aren’t sure how to afford it. The uncles daughter shows up saying Chad coerced her dad into and that she will tell Rosie everything and sue them. The daughter ends up dead. Strange things continue to happen at the new apartment. Rosie sees a little boy ghost that seems almost evil. She sees a woman ghost that keeps telling her to run. She thinks she’s going crazy. Chad seems to never be where he’s supposed to be but can always explain it. Her neighbors seem to never age and always know everything about everyone. They all wear certain necklaces. There’s a detective that starts getting very close to everything. Finally one day Rosie comes home and two neighbors are there with soup. It’s drugged. They want Rosie to sign the apartment over to them. The apartment seems to draw people to it and they do mad things. She escapes and her and Chad start to get back to normal. She starts to notice ofd things about Chad again. Finally he breaks and kills himself on the balcony."

"It took 40% of the audio book for it to start getting so good that I couldn’t stop listening. It was a very ‘red string’ kind of book. ( like the wall covered in pictures with red string connecting the dots in a mystery) The ending left me stunned and numb and empty. I loved it. "
