"*WARNING THIS REVIEW WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS* Alright, alright this one was better. I like how it starts off 2 days after the last the book and so we got to see what happened with her and her friends. I didn't see the route this book took, I mean for me it went down a different path than I thought it would. But to be fair, I didn't really have a solid idea of the plots in any of these books(you know...since I don't read the synopsis). I didn't like the fact that Zoey keeps saying she shouldn't be thinking about boys and stuff and that she really messed up and was becoming a let's just say "bad person" when it came to relationships. So the fact that she supposedly "felt" something for stark really bothered me because this girl only knew him for what approximately 2 hours and only briefly talked to him twice on 2 different occasions, it just doesn't make sense. And no I seriously don't think they're star-crossed lovers or anything, she's just lonely without any man. Speaking of man, poor heath, he's been through so much and the fact that she didn't call him or anything is messed up, yes she had stuff to deal with but come on! If she truly cared for him, she would've called and not texted what 3 or 4 days later. I have to say Aphrodite predicted(in book 2) that Erik was going to "choke" Zoey if she hurt him and that's exactly what he did just in front of a bunch of classmates lol. I'm seriously irritated with the Cherokee definition again and that fact that she keeps saying "it brings me warmth and happiness", like we get it alright, move on and quit saying that!! Also, why doesn't Aphrodite just tell Zoey how Stevie Rae is different now, I mean she's had plenty of chances and yes Zoey always said she won't believe her but if she actually heard what was going on maybe she could've asked/talked to Stevie Rae about it. If I was zoey and that raven type man thing was at my window, I would've told my grandma no your not going anywhere at all, end of discussion, you know? That would've been the smarter thing to do. I'll definitely have to buy the next set of books for this series because that ending was good!!"
"3.5 stars. I don't think I even have to tell you guys at this point. There's still a lot of stereotyping, and I'm still sticking it out so I can see where the actual storyline goes. I'm waiting on book five from the library, and it says I have a two-week wait, so it may be a bit before I get the next update to y'all."
"Awesome!"

"Untamed is the first book by this author and I truly enjoyed this book. It’s a standalone, but is recommended you read the other books in the series first. It does not take away from the book, but I can see where I could understand the other couples a little more.

Untamed is a perfect enemy to lovers book with a good amount of steam in the second half is the book.

Barnabas and Avery have been enemies most of their lives. Avery hates him and assumes the worst of him besides being the town's manwhore. She is a single mother with a very complicated past with her daughter’s father. Barnabas is the town's manwhore who keeps all of his pain hidden inside, funny as all hell, and adores Avery’s daughter.

Avery is stuck between a rock in a hard place and quick on her feet needs Barnabas help. Barnabas will help as it aids Avery’s daughter. They set rules in place and I have to laugh at the rules. After a life-changing kiss, everything changes, and I have whiplash from so much push and pull between the two.

Untamed is a beautiful story. With some scheming in the background and suspense. My only constructive criticism is there is some repetition. I know Barnabas is a man *****. I didn’t need to be kept a reminder of the fact every so many chapters."

"I definitely wasn't expected that kind of action. I couldn't put this one down. Compared to the three previous novels this one was by far the most exciting of the bunch. The first three were really just set up for all he double hockey sticks to break loose. Zoe, Grandma Redbird and the gang are in trouble all way up to their eyeballs and at the end of this novel they are in the midst of a very dangerous situation. Straight from the pages of Cherokee myth, Zoe, High Priestess in training, with the help of her friends and their affinity for the elements must plan their next move against a great evil. I can't wait to get my hands on the next book because I have to know what happens now! Great series for those that love myths, legends and vampyres intertwined. Untamed is drama, romance, humor and a boat load of suspense for an unbelievable ride and ending which will make you beg for more!"
