"I've got to admit that this wasn't exactly my cup of tea, and much much of it confused me, but it may have just been the pounding headache I had. I'll probably give it another try sometime, but for now I'm happy I finished it. Grateful for the people who still took time to recommend this to me! "
"When I first read this, I thought it was too conceptual and mildly confusing. I was honestly disappointed after adoring the Graceling books. But I found myself thinking of the book often, and my brain had to reread. This has happened about 4 times now and every time I reread it I’m more impressed and the more I love it. I think this might be better than the Graceling series. It’s a different genre but it’s ambitious and smart and so incredibly well executed that it remains one of the most underrated books out there. If you DNF or stumbled please give it another chance. "
"I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review.<br/>The concept is a good one. It has 5 different outcomes depending on which decision the main character makes at a certain point in time. However, the execution was lacking - it felt juvenile. Each version went from bad to worse. Basically, you have art thievery, spies, a house that EATS PEOPLE, a multiverse (which I kind of enjoyed), and an alien universe. It was completely ridiculous."
"So nice, I read it twice (within a year). It’s not actually a Choose Your Own Adventure ™, but it is one of my favourite fiction books about the multiverse ♡"
