"This is book 3 in the Thursday Murder Club books. It's set in England with 4 characters in their 70s who try to solve cold cases (or new ones). There's usually 2 separate murders that have occurred or will happen. The retirees live in a good community and are friends who meet in the first book. They are smart and retired from the following jobs: MI6 spy, psychologist, nurse, labor union leader and activist. The books are a fast read and they will make you laugh. I 100% recommend trying out the first book. I love them."
"Much like the characters themselves, these books keep getting better the longer the series runs! Not only is it an entertaining mystery, it’s also a beautiful view on friendship and companionship, love and grace, and perhaps most importantly a sense of humor, particularly in old age.

I laughed out loud at some of the situations our group found themselves in, and I’m delighted that the series will continue! Here’s to many more adventures of the Thursday Murder Club!"
