"A sort of synthesis of the teachings from the original Buddha. In some ways, a good book for someone just wanting to learn about Buddhism but the book is also a bit dense and even repetitive. Like many things, what the original Buddha was teaching (the end of suffering through acceptance of suffering) has been greatly morphed by people today. This book helps clear up the origins."
