From the New York Times bestselling author of The Giver of Stars and the forthcoming Someone Else's Shoes, discover the love story that captured over 20 million hearts in Me Before You, After You, and Still Me.“You’re going to feel uncomfortable in your new world for a bit. But I hope you feel a bit exhilarated too. Live boldly. Push yourself. Don’t settle. Just live well. Just live. Love, Will.” How do you move on after losing the person you loved? How do you build a life worth living? Louisa Clark is no longer just an ordinary girl living an ordinary life. After the transformative six months spent with Will Traynor, she is struggling without him. When an extraordinary accident forces Lou to return home to her family, she can’t help but feel she’s right back where she started. Her body heals, but Lou herself knows that she needs to be kick-started back to life. Which is how she ends up in a church basement with the members of the Moving On support group, who share insights, laughter, frustrations, and terrible cookies. They will also lead her to the strong, capable Sam Fielding—the paramedic, whose business is life and death, and the one man who might be able to understand her. Then a figure from Will’s past appears and hijacks all her plans, propelling her into a very different future. . . . For Lou Clark, life after Will Traynor means learning to fall in love again, with all the risks that brings. But here Jojo Moyes gives us two families, as real as our own, whose joys and sorrows will touch you deeply, and where both changes and surprises await.

"I like the book better when I don't think of it as a sequel to Me Before You. I loved the ending and finality of Me Before You, and I don't think a series is very fitting after that. Also, a surprise child no one knew about to continue the story is just very generic and felt forced. Again, the book was ok, but definitely not worth it as a sequel. "
"Wasn’t sure how I was going to feel after loving the first book so much, but this book was really good and made sure everything that happened in the first book stayed important and relevant in Louisa’s life. The beginning definitely sucked me in, then Lily and Sam kept me hooked!"
"A bit slow until nearly the end. It’s hard to love a sequel as much as the first…I didn’t. But it was interesting to continue with the characters. Overall, ok. "

"I loved the main character in this book she was so right to be ******. I fell in love with the new characters too they all were so enjoyable to me the wit and the humor of it all. It's weird because her depression felt so real like I was right in there with her. She was correct he had not right to do what he did and I just felt right on queue with her. This story was heartbreaking and fun just a roller coaster of emotions and should have beens. It was a nice sequel."
"This book was an amazing finale of Lou's story after Will. I absolutely have loved Lou since the moment I was introduced to her character. I feel that she captures how all of us feel at one point in life. The chaos, confusion, feeling like we don't know up from down and this allows the reader to connect with her. She is the simple girl who could be your best friend, or that neighbor that everyone likes to gossip about. Lou made me feel that I was sitting in a London setting feeling the aftermath of Will and the events surrounding their quick love.

Will is not someone that Lou can simply forget or undo from her past. He has made her into a new woman, but with his absence the struggle is really to continue on in those same footsteps. Her journey takes her down a path of helping others and realizing where Will fits into her life. She focused so much on him in the first novel, that without him she does not know exactly how to continue on in his wishes and learning to be herself after all this time.

This is written so well and easy to read with the words jumping off the page into my vivid imagination with every twist and turn. I would recommend this sequel to read. My rating for this book is a 4.5 star.

I will add a note, I cried much less this time around."
