"Let me just say, I have read every bad review there is about this book on Goodreads, and yes, it's pretty much just insta-lust and it was more forbidden sex than forbidden love most of the time, but I LOVED this book. I'm a sucker for a good princess romance, and this just hit the spot for me. Also, I'm convinced any character named Rhys is automatically superior to every other fictional man. Now, one criticism I did have was the age gap, which was pretty easy to ignore until she kept joking about how old he is! Like, stop. So while this book was nowhere near perfect or the best book I've ever read, I'm still giving it five stars because I can and I loved it, even if it kind of felt like a 12 year old wrote it and published it on wattpadd at times."
"The first book 'Twisted Love' was good, so I wasn't sure how the author would top it, but the second was even better! Loved that the story was a spin-off from the first book, using the same characters but in a completely different story. Also a great twist, and ending. Even more spicier than the first book 🌶️🌶️, excited to read the next 2 in the series!! 11/28"
"After reading the first book I was not sure I wanted to continue (it was good, but I didn’t think that the relationship was well thought out or told in full enough detail). However, the story of Rhys and Bridget made it worth it!!! The story of the princess and her bodyguard in this book is so well thought out, and I loved how you got to see the love they had for one another form over the years. Twisted Games is definitely a book I would recommend💜"
"If you are looking for a spicy weekend book, this will do it. I liked it better than the first book, and enjoyed the character development more, too. Of course you KNOW they will get together in the end, but the how was better than expected. "
