"The problems that i had with this graphic novel were similar to the problem with the first one.

1. The art style was bad.
Everyone had the same face but different hair. Sometimes the expression didn’t match what they were saying.

2. The character felt off.
All the characters didn’t have their charm and they were a bland version of themselves. They weren’t completely themselves. Also I wasn’t interested in Iko’s mental drama with being an android.

3. The romance was still bad.
Iko and Kinney didn’t officially get together in the end but it is showed that they like eachother. Kinney did a 180 where all if a sudden he believes that Iko has feelings and isn’t just a machine. Out of nowhere he falls in love with her. For Iko it makes even less sence because i can’t say exactly why because spoilers. Less just say for all Iko knows Kinney was a jerk and suddenly he’s not. If you don’t care about spoilers read the bottom.

What else went wrong?

4. The sakes are gone.
With there already being a epilogue we already get the answers to everything that happens. Will Wolf prepose? Will Cinder get rid of the wolf mutants? The story was very predictable. You can guess the direction the story will go. Plus they try to do a character death but knowing about the epilogue you know they are going to be fine.

5. Slow
The story felt so slow. Sense the characters were bland it made the story drag even more. The epilogue was just the group hanging out together for Scarlett and Wolf’s wedding and i was entertained. It wasn’t the same care for the graphic novel.

6. The ending was too wrapped up.
I can’t say much about it. It was just one of those everyone got their happy endings except for the bad guy, which is fine but the way they did it wasn’t the best.

Spoilers
.........................………...
....................................
....................................
....................................
....................................
....................................
....................................
....................................
I didn’t like the fact that Iko lost her memory. It makes her character development pointless. If she lost her memory she shouldn’t even gotten character development. She should be the same person as she was before. Plus it makes no sence for her to like Kinney because she doesn’t remember his character development even if it was bad. For all she knows he was mean now he’s not and now he has feelings for her.

I didn’t like wolf joining Steele’s pack. It ends up being a trick but still. How come no one questioned his motives? Steele’s whole reason for joining is because he wants his humanity back for Scarlotte. His fake reason for joining makes no sense. If he wanted his humanity why wouldn’t he ask Cinder since they are friends. Even if Wolf believed Steele how come they didn’t exept him to betray him for Scarlett. How come he didn’t plan to do anything about Scarlett. If Wolf was truly on Steele’s side Scarlett would have convinced him sooner or later. How come no one except Scarlett and Winter believed that Wolf betrayed them. This is the same Wolf that went into a depression after Scarlett was kidnapped. That help them fight Levana.

Plus Wolf joining Steele didn’t do any good. It just made Scarlett safe for that one scene and Wolf safe the whole book. After that one scene Scarlett is still in danger because she’s fighting for Cinder, so he can’t use the excuse that he was protecting her. He never tries to help his friends from the inside even the ones that were kidnapped. He was the one that pretty much gave Steele the idea to kidnap Winter. Wolf doesn’t help until the last moment when Iko has a plan for them to win Wolf just goes like “I’m a good guy now” and goes along with the plan and tricks Steele.

The book could of been over a while ago. Either Wolf could of stabbed Steele or knock him out, while they were with Cinder’s gang.

Or

Cinder could of mind controlled Steele. Cinder his mind control powers and she doesn’t use it until the every end of the book. She can easily control a dozen wolf mutants so problem and never once tries it on Steele."
