Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration

"I loved this special. I thought the set up and transitions were amazing. The cast was great, just simply outstanding! H.E.R. was outstanding and her voice was flawless. That ending with the duet and the guitar was beautiful 🤩. My kids loved it, but I think I did more. I was so happy to see David Allen Grier, Martin Short, and Shania Twain. The Angela Lansbury tribute was done well."

"I watched this last night on ABC and it was good but I like the animated version better. I feel like it would have been better if they did the entire movie live and then had a separate special showing the behind the scenes stuff when they were making the movie. I feel like switching back and forth between the animated and live versions didn’t work for me but I liked the singing and I liked the tribute to Angela Lansbury. "

"Fantastic! As soon as I saw this advertised, I couldn’t shut up about wanting to watch it. Caught it on ABC. Very creative, lovely, enjoyable. I nearly cried at the fact that 30 YEARS have really passed by. Seems like just yesterday I was a young chicken, watching BatB and remembering the credits rolling as my mama went to draw my bubble bath. Time flies."
