"This reminded me a lot of M3gan and Come Play; it wasn't really scary or campy and fun, but it's got a decent quality to it, so it felt like lite, mainstream horror. I think they were trying to shock the audience with so many random twists that a few didn't make much sense, and a few were predictable. I will say- the last 20-30 minutes are the most action packed and interesting, and I appreciate the satisfying ending (which is rare in horror). Overall, this is a great movie if you like a little horror that won't keep you up at night, a family plot, and a movie that feels like it had a big budget. However, I personally wouldn't review it as highly as others did, because I felt unsurprised and even bored for the majority of the movie."
