"Horrortober 2022 Day 24
“The rich have always sucked off low-class **** like you.”
Thanks Horrortober for finally getting this film off my watchlist. I was told by a friend on twitter to watch this because it’s a classic horror film you have to see. Though I definitely wasn’t prepared for what I witnessed. This is definitely prime cheesy 80’s horror and I mean that in a good way. The special effects which are practical are superb for it’s time. If you have a problem with body horror and bizarre incestuous relationships then you might want to find something else. The 3rd act is where it goes into overdrive. This is definitely a weird one like no film I have ever seen.Even with my description this is something you have to see for yourself. Although it is 33 years old the social commentary holds up till this day and probably always will. I mean the rich are usually the weirdest people anyway."

"So this was.....something. I mean, I'm not sure what I was expecting but that wasn't it. It was grotesque, sure, but as a seasoned horror fan I expected more. For an 80's movie the effects were pretty good. I just wish there was more of a story. "
