"I am reluctant to give this a positive review, but there was more good about this movie than bad. It stars Illeana Douglas, and believe it or not, Ernest Lee Thomas from the 1970s and 1980s shows 'What's Happening?' and 'What's Happening Now?' Ernest actually did a fair job playing the role of an admiral. Once again, most of the story takes place in naval facilities or crafts. There was a small part of a Russian scientist played by Patrick Bauchau that was terrible, and very short. I DID enjoy seeing Kolossus. The CGI was competent for this genre of movies. It was great seeing Kolossus and the Shark tangle in the water, but just as in a previous sequel, you see less of the shark and more of its enemy."
