"A lot of interesting characters in this crime/sci-fi/ thriller that is set in a dystopian future. I love Jodie Foster, but Charlie Day has to be one of the most annoying people on the planet. It's his irritating voice. But beyond that, the movie held my interest throughout and had a good pace to it. 8/10"

"It’s far from the best movie ever, but I actually liked this one, and that surprised me. I rarely enjoy organized crime films (they bore me to tears), but this one had just enough style to win me over. An excellent cast, some very pretty cinematography, and a wicked little dystopic future setting (and plausible, I can just see a city privatizing access to water). I wish Bad Times at the El Royale had been more like this."
