"You absolutely have to love Hitchcock! This is definitely one of the best Hitchcock movies I have ever seen. The plot surrounds a man who contracts a murder for his wife, and so many things go wrong. Can he still carry out the perfect murder? I am sorry I waited so long to watch it. Solving the mystery had me going until the last few minutes of the movie. The plot is so well constructed, the script is so intelligent and creative. I loved seeing Hitchcock's cameo in a picture that's used by one of the characters instead of a street scene. The actors were impeccable, sharp, perfectly timed, and the mystery was so perfect. I wish there were more detective movies like this."
"Amazing film. Was thoroughly impressed by how the various aspects of filmmaking (script, acting, and direction etc.) worked so well together, with just the right amount of exposition and setup, not to mention how integral the usage of the camera is to the storytelling. Grace Kelly and especially Ray Milland really stand out here. Highly recommended."

"Most Alfred Hitchcock films are special, this one too. I would also strongly recommend Jimmy Stewart and Grace Kelly in Rear Window."
