Chopin: Desire for Love

"This is a somewhat weak biography of the life of composer Frederic Chopin. Most of the plot involves his tumultuous relationship with writer Aurora DuPont (George Sand) Of course, hearing the compositions was wonderful, but the story seemed to meander. At times, I felt as if the film had been edited too heavily. Some parts simply made no sense. The acting was good although the plot was uneven."
