"This is the weakest of the movies I've seen expect a couple of the segments. My favorite segment was by far the Storm Drain, it was just a silly idea and so much fun to watch it's to bad they blew their load a little to early because nothing really meets those heights again besides a few moments here and there. I rather enjoyed Empty Wake and The Subject but my god Holy Hell (The Interlude) was so god awful the ending of it was just so lackluster and by being the end of the whole movie was unfortunate, and with the bad acting made it that much worse."
"This fixed most of the things that ruined V/H/S/Viral for me. The attempts at humor actually stuck, the acting and frame narrative were much improved, and most importantly, it wasn't overproduced the way Viral was. Back to crappy found footage that looks amateur and has no flashy post editing like the freeze frames in Viral's "Bonestorm." V/H/S/94 is far more like the first two films and it has some truly excellent body horror; "The Subject" is one of my favorite segments in the franchise."
"This is the first one in the series to have both female directors and writers on this team and I think a definitely shows in a good way! Don't get me wrong I really enjoy the others, however the framework of how this movie used actresses compared to the prior ones is noticeable different. There's no cheap sexual objectification, just straightforward gore and horror!"
