"I’m just chilling in the theater watching this Drama that’s pretty realistically grounded right? Then outta nowhere it becomes a horror movie. Personally I didn’t like the turn of events but man was this a beautifully shot film. Say yes to more African cinema please! "

"Lots of opportunity here to tell a unique story in a unique setting... but it was rather squandered. Nothing in this flick really grabbed my attention after the first half. The spooks weren't particularly scary and the drama between the characters not so good. I kind of liked how it played with ideas of child soldiers and African wars. It's setting and character types were at least something different for a spookshow. But it didn't save it from just being a blah film. Surprisingly unmemorable."

"Probably one of the coolest movies from the festival just from the promo image alone. It's a cool take on both real life events with some liberties taken along with Jamacian folklore thar blends together to make a really fun, cool, slick and stylish movie. I want that 2 hour cut though."
