The Dark Web is the large part of the Internet that is inaccessible to conventional search engines. Experts estimate that search engines crawl and index less than 1% of all the content that can be accessed over the Internet. A young YouTuber, "Ludovico 122", will try to reach the eighth level of the Dark Web, penetrating the deepest and unknown part of the internet while he films the experience for his audience. But he is not prepared for a horrible surprise that will change his life.

"This movie is the love child of V/H/S Viral and Unfriended: Dark Web, and I do not mean that to be compliment. Go watch those movies instead, this one really isn't worth the time or the money. You can see what they're going for but their pacing was just absolutely terrible... What they thought was growing tension was more like... "see the daily life behind the scenes of a YouTuber! This one is sad and boring! Oh, also, some scary or creepy stuff might begin to occur in the third half of the movie.""
