"Probably his most heartfelt ‘silly’ movie. It’s quite touching and it’s cute knowing he met his wife on this movie. "

"This Adam Sandler comedy from the 1990s is an endearing one. Sandler plays a toll booth operator named “Sonny” who has a boring life — normal girlfriend, job, life… until a kid gets dropped off by someone and Sonny needs to take care of him until the authorities can find him a family. What I like about this movie is that it’s quite endearing how the main character changes his life to become that of a minor father figure. It shows that people have that capability, even the ones that do not immediately exude it. The film has many funny scenes but at the center of it, there’s heart. Sandler’s character is a dynamic one where the audience sees the changes in him and how he lives his life. For a lighthearted film experience, I’d recommend it. "
""Big Daddy" is a delightful showcase of Adam Sandler's comedic prowess, with his transformation from bachelor to makeshift dad delivering both laughs and heartfelt moments. It's a movie that embraces imperfection, giving us a taste of the chaos and charm that comes with unexpected fatherhood. Sandler's portrayal strikes a perfect balance between humor and tenderness, reminding us that even in the midst of comedic chaos, there's room for a little sweetness and a lot of heart. It's a movie that tickles your funny bone while tugging at your heartstrings – a classic in every sense. "
