The Passenger

"This is a small movie that packs a powerful punch. By "small" I mean a relatively small cast, but all the players involved do a phenomenal job acting. Benson, an unhinged fast food employee snaps and shoots up the restaurant that he works in, killing a couple of coworkers and the manager. Then spares his coworker, Randy and takes him on a strange road trip of discovery trying to help him stand up for himself. This movie has a good pace to it, even when not much is happening, there is a thick amount of tension that keeps the viewer engaged. Very well done. 8/10"

"This movie is incredible. The Passenger focuses on two characters with troubled, even tragic, pasts. But they are completely different in how their past shaped them as people. Amazing performances all around and Kyle Gallner constantly pushes his acting boundaries. Powerful stuff."
