"What's unique here is there is almost no dialogue. It starts pretty quickly which I appreciated. You know exactly what this is and what's at stake. While they don't bog us down with alot of detail they give us enough of the context to know if she doesn't escape with her brother it will be deadly with them. The tension is high and remains there for most of the run time. Where this falters is the writing. The little girl is smart beyond her years when they need her to be and then stupid to keep the story going. That goes for the abductor as well. They imply he does this all the time but makes a lot of rookie mistakes. It gets to the point where it's pretty unbelievable by the end you are rolling your eyes in disbelief on how implausible everything was. The first half is better than the second. It's pretty solid and worth a place in your queue. Please check out my podcast Mostly Low Budget Movies Reviews with Clarence for a full break down. On all streaming platforms. Link is in the bio. "This movie is a great thriller. It keeps you on your toes and disgusted the whole time. No dialogue, but I think it makes it better "

"2023. Indonesian film. No need for dubbing or subtitles because, like everyone else said, little to no dialogue. Otherwise ok movie. "
