Compromising Positions

"This 1980s TV movie has a solid plot. It stars Susan Sarandon, Raul Julia, Edward Herrman, and Judith Ivey. After watching the first few scenes, which are pretty cheesy, I almost gave up and missed watching this movie gem. 💎 I like finding out that I am wrong about a movie. At first, the plot seemed like a typical housewife is emotionally oppressed and needs more type of movie. Although those elements are here, the plot is much more than that. There is an actual murder mystery that is being solved throughout, which takes some twists and turns, and is deeper than it originally appears. I was genuinely interested in the characters. I enjoyed seeing Raul Julia in an early role. (It was so sad that his career was tragically cut short.) Warning: ⚠️ Brief female nudity, and pictures of nude females are seen by the characters."
