The Greasy Strangler

"Horrortober 2022 Day 19 “Bullsh** Artist” This has to be one of the weirdest and grossest films I’ve ever watched. Like there was a point where i literally felt sick. I was trying to eat and I just had to throw my food away. That’s how off-putting this film was to me. I can’t believe it even has mixed reviews tbh. The people on IMDb saying it was so funny you had tears in your eyes like really? There are ppl literally praising this but it’s one of those love it or hate it type of movies I guess. A naked old wrinkled man running around with a prosthetic dick covered in grease(the description sounds funnier than it actually is) isn’t humor to me. And I can find humor and almost anything. There may have been a moment or two but for the most part just terrible. Then to call this horror I mean idk I guess it is because the reaction to what your seeing on screen. There was times I was close to cutting it of because on top of this being extremely odd it also was just stupid. There is always films that don’t do good and become “Cult Classics” just because a small group of people want to be different by saying they loved it. If your looking for an over the top off the wall ,wacky ,nonsensical ,disgusting weird film to watch then don’t look any further. Me personally I could have went the rest of my life without ever seeing this."
