Just arriving in America working for a rich white awkward couple as a Nanny trying to save money to bring her son back to the U.S. The colors and contrast of the cinematography just makes it a beautiful watch. The ending of the film can be somewhat ambiguous for most people if you don’t understand what the story is trying to convey."

"For me, I felt like it was a very good third act but I feel like I was unsure of where the film was going until then. Another con, was the bellhop boyfriend of Aisha’s. I don’t feel there was enough development of him or with the two of them for me to care about him or to believe in their connection. As stated above, I did love the third act. I won’t spoil but I feel like it made the film. The cinematography was stunning and the main actress, Anna Diop did an an amazing job. "
