"This psychosexual thriller has a unique storyline, and only two characters set in one location. The filmmakers smartly make use of close up choreography and interesting angles to draw the viewer into the story. There is a bit of a pacing issue but I was still engaged all the way through. The story takes a different direction multiple times, which is a good thing. Some of the motivations and actions are unrealistic and questionable but still intriguing. Margaret Qualley shines in her role. Overall, this was an alluring watch. 6.5/10"

"I don't like rom-coms. I tend to lean towards darker subject matter. This is a dark, pseudo- romantic, at-times comedic, drama. One setting, two characters, great dynamic. I'm gonna take it for what it was and rate the film based on the performances and chemistry of the characters, which kept me engaged from the first second to the last. The dialogue was well written, and each development in the story felt timely. It was sort of akin to one of those shot-in-one-take type of films. I would recommend Sanctuary.
