"Super solid rom-com. It's not something I'd go out of my way to recommend to someone who wasn't considering reading it, but to those who were considering it: it's good. It is likely you will enjoy this.

Specific notes? Love the atmosphere of being a party princess (the scenes at kid birthday parties come off realistically too). The entire setting of being in Miami and the latinx community in particular is utilized for unique scenes/locations/interactions throughout (ie. Miami club scene, literally the whole story revolving around quinceañeras) rather than just being mentioned and never spoken of again, which I thought was neat. Mostly I just liked watching the main couple interact. The family (and friend) too. Not necessarily as much as some books I've read but also certainly more than a lot of others. The cover is great too!"
